Scheduled Infrastructure Upgrades
Date: November 9, 2025

As part of our continued commitment to performance and reliability, Extensiv will be performing planned infrastructure upgrades to add additional capacity and improve system speed and stability ahead of the busy season. These upgrades are part of our ongoing effort to ensure the platform continues to perform at the highest level as order volumes increase.

What to Expect
Warehouse Management (WM)
The Warehouse Management system will be taken offline for approximately 30 minutes during this maintenance window to complete required upgrades and database improvements.

Order Management (OM)
Order Management will undergo behind-the-scenes performance enhancements. Customers should not experience any noticeable downtime or interruption during this process.

Billing / Hub
System updates will occur in the background. No customer impact is expected.

Inventory Management (IM)
A brief service interruption may occur if a final upgrade to the database is required, though this will be minimal and carefully monitored.

3PL Warehouse Manager (3W)
A standard three-hour maintenance window is reserved for overall system patching and optimization. Customers will experience two short (less than 5 minutes) connection interruptions as part of this process.
