Our upstream provider, AWS, is currently experiencing an issue which is affecting some customer's ability to fully utilize Extensiv products. Users in the us-east-2 region may be affected. See https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status for more details.

We will resolve this incident once we have received confirmation the issue has been resolved from our upstream provider. We will send an additional update in 30 minutes.
